Abstract

Sposób modyfikacji i sieciowania chlorosulfonowanego polietylenu, w drodze ogrzewania z tlenkiem metalu jako substancją sieciującą, zmiękczaczem i ewentualnie z plastyfikatorem oraz napełniaczem, pod ciśnieniem w prasie w temperaturze ? 403 K, charakteryzuje się tym, że jako substancję sieciującą stosuje się tlenek żelaza (III) w postaci cząstek o wymiarach < 5 µm lub tlenek żelaza (II, III) w postaci cząstek o wymiarach < 20 nm. W sposobie tym wyeliminowano stosowanie tlenków metali szkodliwych dla środowiska naturalnego. Nadto tlenek żelaza stosuje się w ilości znacznie mniejszej niż tlenek cynku w znanych sposobach sieciowania chlorosulfonowanego polietylenu.A method of modification and cross-linking of chlorosulfonated polyethylene by heating with metal oxide as a cross-linking substance, softener and possibly with a plasticizer and filler, under pressure in the press at a temperature of? 403 K, characterized in that iron (III) oxide in the form of particles <5 µm or iron (II, III) in the form of particles <20 nm is used as the cross-linking substance.
