Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest termodynamiczny inhibitor hydratów o działaniu przeciwkorozyjnym i antyaglomeracyjnym do ochrony rur wydobywczych i rurociągów transportujących gaz ziemny zawierający pochodne imidazoliny, oksyetylenowane monoaminy tłuszczowe, niskowrzące aminy lotne, alkoholowe rozpuszczalniki i poliole. Inhibitor zawiera: - składnik a) w ilości od 0,075 do 7,5% masowych powstały poprzez zneutralizowanie od 0,05 do 5,0% masowych nowej mieszaniny zmodyfikowanych pochodnych imidazoliny, będącej produktem kondensacji dietylenotriaminy z kwasami tłuszczowymi zawierającymi od 12 do 22 atomów węgla w cząsteczce i alifatycznymi kwasami dikarboksylowymi zawierającymi od 2 do 12 atomów węgla w cząsteczce, stanowiącej mieszaninę związków o wzorach ogólnych (1) i (2), z ewentualnym dodatkiem od 0,01 do 1,0% masowych, znanego produktu kondensacji dietylenotriaminy z kwasami tłuszczowymi zawierającymi od 12 do 24 atomów węgla w cząsteczce, wytworzonego znanym sposobem w temperaturze 180-280°C, o wzorze ogólnym (1') alifatycznym i/lub aromatycznym kwasem monokarboksylowym zawierającym od l do 7 atomów węgla w cząsteczce, użytym w ilości od 0,025 do 2,5% masowych przy zachowaniu stosunku masowego mieszaniny związków o wzorach ogólnych (1), (2) i ewentualnie (1') do kwasu monokarboksylowego 1: 0,15 - 0,70, z wytworzeniem produktu końcowego, będącego mieszaniną związków o wzorach ogólnych (5), (6) i ewentualnie (5').The subject of the invention is a thermodynamic hydrate inhibitor with anti-corrosion and anti-agglomeration properties for the protection of production pipes and pipelines transporting natural gas containing imidazoline derivatives, ethoxylated fatty monoamines, low-boiling volatile amines, alcoholic solvents and polyols. The inhibitor contains: - component a) in an amount from 0.075 to 7.5% by mass, created by neutralizing from 0.05 to 5.0% by mass of a new mixture of modified imidazoline derivatives, which is a product of the condensation of diethylenetriamine with fatty acids containing from 12 to 22 carbon atoms in the molecule and aliphatic dicarboxylic acids containing from 2 to 12 carbon atoms in the molecule, constituting a mixture of compounds of general formulas (1) and (2), with the optional addition of 0.01 to 1.0% by mass of the known condensation product of diethylenetriamine with acids fatty acids containing from 12 to 24 carbon atoms per molecule, produced in a known manner at a temperature of 180-280°C, of the general formula (1') aliphatic and/or aromatic monocarboxylic acid containing from 1 to 7 carbon atoms per molecule, used in an amount from 0.025 to 2.5% by mass while maintaining the mass ratio of the mixture of compounds of general formulas (1), (2) and optionally (1') to the monocarboxylic acid 1: 0.15 - 0.70, obtaining the final product, which is a mixture of compounds of the general formulas (5), (6) and optionally (5').
