Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest zestaw butelki ze słomką i podwójnym dnem, posiadający w dolnej części korpusu butelki (1) wgłębienie zakryte od zewnętrznej strony drugim denkiem (2), przy czym denko (2), po osadzeniu na korpusie butelki (1), tworzy przestrzeń do umieszczenia pojemnika z dodatkowymi stałymi, rozpuszczalnymi składnikami napoju. Butelka (1) posiada pionowe zagłębienie (4) przez całą wysokość powierzchni cylindrycznej butelki (1) do umieszczenia słomki (3), zaś drugie denko (2) posiada od wewnętrznej strony kieszeń obwodową do umieszczenia dolnego fragmentu tej słomki (3) tak, że butelka (1) z podwójnym dnem (2) mieści prostoliniową słomkę (3) o długości większej od głębokości butelki (1). Cały zestaw butelki ze słomką i podwójnym dnem jest zabezpieczony folią termokurczliwą, posiadającą perforację i/lub taśmę łączącą na całym obwodzie, na wysokości połączenia butelki (1), z drugim dnem (2). Przedmiotem wynalazku jest równie sposób wytwarzania napoju z żelowymi kulkami smakowymi do dystrybucji w handlu detalicznym, wykorzystujący zestaw butelki ze słomką i podwójnym dnem.
