Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania ram okiennych, szczególnie wielokwaterowych, mających zastosowanie w budownictwie ogólnym, zwłaszcza mieszkaniowym, dla okien o polepszonych parametrach akustycznych, podwyższonej odporności na obciążenia wiatrem i udoskonalonej wodoszczelności. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że wycina się uszczelkę w obszarze przetopu (5), zaś w profilu ramy (1) wybiera się poprzez skrawanie gniazdo (6) do osadzenia w nim profilu słupka (2) i które jest pojemnikiem przetopionego w procesie zgrzewania tworzywa słupka (2) i profilu ramy (1), przy czym procesowi topienia poddawane są ściany wewnętrzne profilu słupka (2), z kolei do wewnętrznej powierzchni profilu ramy (1) mocuje się jedno z ramion zawiasów (4), z których drugie mocuje się do wewnętrznej powierzchni profilu skrzydła okna.The subject of the invention is a method of producing window frames, especially multi-room ones, applicable in general construction, especially housing, for windows with improved acoustic parameters, increased wind load resistance and improved watertightness.
