Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest podkładka treningowa w szczególności do ćwiczeń zwłaszcza siłowych, przy wykorzystaniu specjalistycznego sprzętu sportowego, która charakteryzuje się tym, że ma budowę warstwową i składa się z wierzchniej warstwy (1) z materiału chłonącego płyny oraz z co najmniej jednej warstwy (2) materiału elastycznego i odpornego na ścieranie, zespolonych ze sobą wzdłuż łączącej je wspólnej płaszczyzny (3). Wynalazek dotyczy także sposobu wytwarzania podkładki treningowej, polegającego na tym, że arkusz materiału stanowiącego wierzchnią warstwę (1) z elastycznego materiału chłonącego płyny zespala się z co najmniej jednym arkuszem materiału stanowiącego warstwę (2) materiału elastycznego i odpornego na ścieranie, wzdłuż łączącej je wspólnej płaszczyzny (3) metodą laminowania termicznego lub klejowego, a następnie wykrawa się indywidualne podkładki o uprzednio zadanym kształcie i wielkości.
