Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób łącznego wykorzystania zmieszanych rozpuszczalnych form celulozy, mocznika i proszków nierozpuszczalnych w wodzie węglanów do wytwarzania mezoporowatych węgli aktywnych o wysokiej zawartości azotu z mieszanego prekursora, którego podstawowymi składnikami są prekursor fazy węglowej, nośnik azotu i twardy templat węglanowy, w którym do metylocelulozy dodawana jest woda destylowana i nośnik azotu. Następnie uzyskaną masę żelową miesza się z tzw. twardym templatem i wygrzewa w atmosferze o niskiej reaktywności chemicznej. Uzyskany materiał węglowy poddaje się działaniu kwasu, odsącza, przemywa i suszy. Do masy żelowej jako nośnik azotu dodawany jest roztwór mocznika. Twardego templatowania dokonuje się za pomocą wodnego roztworu węglanu wapnia. Wygrzewanie prowadzi się w atmosferze azotu w temp 600-800 C przez okres nie krótszy niż 1 godzina. Po wygrzewaniu stosuje się HCl.The subject of the invention is a method of jointly using mixed soluble forms of cellulose, urea and water-insoluble carbonates powders for the production of mesoporous activated carbons with high nitrogen content from a mixed precursor, whose basic components are the carbon phase precursor, nitrogen carrier and hard carbonate template in which to methyl cellulose distilled water and nitrogen carrier are added. Then the obtained gel mass is mixed with the so-called with a hard template and warms in an atmosphere with low chemical reactivity. The resulting carbon material is treated with acid, filtered, washed and dried. Urea solution is added to the gel mass as a nitrogen carrier. Hard tempering is done with an aqueous solution of calcium carbonate. Annealing is carried out in a nitrogen atmosphere at 600-800 C for a period of not less than 1 hour. After heating, HCl is used.
