Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest ognioodporny, konstrukcyjny i izolacyjny materiał rdzenia płyt warstwowych i sposób jego uzyskania. Materiał przeznaczony jest do wypełnienia lub stanowi szkielet płyt warstwowych z wypełnieniem izolacyjnym stosowanych w budownictwie i przemyśle. Modułową płytę okładzinową stanowi masa (1), zawierająca w stosunku do całej masy do 40% tlenku magnezu, 40% perlitu i perlitu hydrofobizowanego w granulacji od 0,01 mm do 2 mm, 30% chlorku magnezu, 30% siarczanu magnezu, 30% wióry polistyrenu ekspandowanego w granulacji od 0,1 mm do 2 mm 30% wióry polistyrenu ekstrudowanego w granulacji od 0,1 mm do 2 mm, 20% popiołu dymnicowego i pucolany, 20% żużla paleniskowego, 20% szlamów i pyłów odpadowych i pofiltracyjnych, 20% keramzytu i keramzytu hydrofobizowanego w granulacji od 0,1 mm od 3 mm, 20% węgla z pochłoniętego CO2, 10% włókna węglowego, w formie zbrojenia rozproszonego o długości od 1 mm do 40 mm, 10% włókien poliestrowych, w formie zbrojenia rozproszonego o długości od 1 mm do 40 mm, 10% włókien aramidowych i poliwęglanowych, w formie zbrojenia rozproszonego o długości od 1 mm do 40 mm, 10% włókien bazaltowych, w formie zbrojenia rozproszonego o długości od 1 mm do 40 mm, 10% krzemianu i do 10% węglanu sodu, 5% włókniny szklanej w formie zbrojenia rozproszonego o długości od 1 mm do 40mm, 3 % węglanu miedzi, 3% toluenu, 3% sadzy technicznej, 3% tlenku żelaza oraz barwników. Zastrzega się uzyskanie ujawnionego materiału na dwa sposoby. Pierwszy z nich polega na tym, że suche składniki mieszane są razem, a następnie łączone z przygotowanym roztworem półpłynnym, całość mieszana jest by uzyskać odpowiednią konsystencję, a następnie wylewana do form lub bezpośrednio na lub pomiędzy płyty okładzinowe płyt warstwowych jako całkowite ich wypełnienie lub jako szkielet w otworach pomiędzy materiałem izolacyjnym. Drugim sposobem na uzyskanie wiązań spajających masę oprócz mieszania to zastosowanie spieniania za pomocą samego sprężonego dwutlenku węgla lub dwutlenku węgla i związków siarki oraz innych lotnych popiołów dymnicowych i pucolany zawartych w gazach wydechowych ze spalania paliw kopalnych np. w elektrowniach węglowych. Masa składająca się z płynnego (metodą natryskową mieszanki do komory ze spalinami lub w scrubberze) lub półpłynnego (metodą wtłaczania spalin do półpłynnego roztworu) tlenku magnezu i wysyconego chlorku magnezu narażona na działanie spalin absorbuje substancje lotne tworząc wiązania krzemianowe z lotnymi popiołami dymnicowymi, odsiarcza spaliny tworząc wiązanie siarczanu magnezu oraz absorbuje dwutlenek węgla wiążąc go w spoinę węglanów magnezu. Do tak nasyconej i wstępnie wzbogaconej mieszanki dodawane są na drodze mieszania pozostałe suche składniki.
