Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku są 1-[1-alkilo(arylo)-4-aryloimidazo]-3-podstawione pochodne mocznika o wzorze ogólnym 1, gdzie R oznacza podstawnik alifatyczny korzystnie metyl lub podstawnik aromatyczny korzystnie fenyl oraz jego podstawione analogi, a zwłaszcza 4-metylofenyl, R1 oznacza podstawnik aromatyczny korzystnie fenyl oraz jego podstawione analogi, a zwłaszcza 4-metylofenyl, R2 oznacza benzyl, fenetyl, 4-etoksykarbonylofenyl, etoksykarbonylometyl. Związki o wzorze ogólnym 1 otrzymuje się w reakcji kondensacji odpowiednio podstawionych 1-alkilo(arylo)-2-amino-4-arylo-4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazolu o wzorze ogólnym 2 z odpowiednim izocyjanianem o wzorze ogólnym 3 w środowisku dichlorometanu w atmosferze azotu w temperaturze pokojowej przez 6 godzin stosując proporcje molowe 1:1. Rozpuszczalnik oddestylowuje, a pozostałość rozpuszcza na gorąco w propan-2-olu.The present invention relates to 1- [1-alkyl (aryl) -4-arylimidazo] -3-substituted urea derivatives of general formula 1, wherein R is an aliphatic substituent, preferably methyl or aromatic substituent, preferably phenyl and its substituted analogs, especially 4-methylphenyl , R1 is an aromatic substituent, preferably phenyl and its substituted analogs, especially 4-methylphenyl, R2 is benzyl, phenethyl, 4-ethoxycarbonylphenyl, ethoxycarbonylmethyl. Compounds of general formula 1 are obtained by condensation reaction of appropriately substituted 1-alkyl (aryl) -2-amino-4-aryl-4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazole of general formula 2 with the corresponding isocyanate of general formula 3 in a dichloromethane medium under nitrogen at room temperature for 6 hours using a 1: 1 molar ratio. The solvent is distilled off and the residue is hot dissolved in propan-2-ol.
