Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest kocioł centralnego ogrzewania, zwłaszcza do spalania paliw stałych węgla, groszku, miału, pelletu, zboża, a także zrębków drewna. Kocioł centralnego ogrzewania zbudowany jest z korpusu, zawierającego wewnątrz płaszcz (2) wodny. Korpus ma kształt spłaszczonego walca, przy czym dolna (3) i górna (4) podstawa korpusu jest elipsą. Wewnętrzna przestrzeń korpusu, od strony większej osi elipsy podzielona jest pionowymi wodnymi przegrodami (7) na komorę spalania (8) i co najmniej jedną komorę (9), odbierającą ciepło. Komora (9) odbierająca ciepło, w górnej części zawiera wylot (10) odprowadzający spaliny do komina. Komora spalania (8) posiada palenisko (11) ze szczelinami, przez które doprowadzane jest powietrze. Dolna część kotła wyposażona jest w komorę odpopielającą (13), która posiada wyczystki do czyszczenia kotła. W dolnej części kotła, przy komorze odpopielającej (13), wbudowany jest wentylator (15) kotła, który dostarcza powietrze na palenisko (11). Korpus posiada drzwiczki rewizyjne komory spalania (8), które służą zarówno do kontroli, jak i czyszczenia paleniska (11) wraz z komorą spalania (8).The subject of the invention is a central heating boiler, especially for burning solid fuels of coal, peas, fine coal, pellets, grain, as well as wood chips. The central heating boiler is made of a body with a water jacket (2) inside. The body has the shape of a flattened cylinder, with the lower (3) and upper (4) base of the body being an ellipse. The inner space of the body, from the side of the larger axis of the ellipse, is divided by vertical water partitions (7) into a combustion chamber (8) and at least one chamber (9), receiving heat. The heat receiving chamber (9), in the upper part, contains an outlet (10) that discharges the flue gas to the chimney. The combustion chamber (8) has a hearth (11) with slots through which air is supplied. The lower part of the boiler is equipped with an ash removal chamber (13), which has cleaning holes for the boiler. In the lower part of the boiler, next to the ash removal chamber (13), a boiler fan (15) is built-in, which supplies air to the furnace (11). The body has a combustion chamber inspection door (8), which are used for both controlling and cleaning the furnace (11) together with the combustion chamber (8).
