Sposób otrzymywania preparatu enzymów oksydoredukcyjnych, w drodze hodowli szczepu grzyba nitkowatego Mucor hiemalis AK1211, polega na hodowli materiału posiewowego na wysterylizowanym podłożu zawierającym brzeczkę słodową i nadto agar lub agar i gwajakol bądź agar, ligninę alkaliczną i gwajakol, zmyciu skosu agarowego i zaszczepieniu przygotowanym materiałem posiewowym wysterylizowanego ciekłego podłoża produkcyjnego zawierającego glukozę i sole mineralne i prowadzeniu hodowli wstrząsanej i w końcu oddzieleniu otrzymanej cieczy pohodowlanej przez sączenie pod zmniejszonym ciśnieniem oraz zagęszczeniu przesączu pod próżnią.
