Abstract

Sposób przetwarzania biomas w paliwo odnawialne z poddaniem wstępnie posegregowanej, rozdrobnionej, przesianej i osuszonej biomasy mieszaniu z przemieszczaniem się w cylindrycznej retorcie przy użyciu przenośnika ślimakowego w połączeniu z suszeniem, ogrzewaniem oraz prażeniem biomasy bez dostępu tlenu z wydzielaniem gazów charakteryzuje się tym, że biomasa przetwarzana jest w połączonym z komorą beztlenową generatorze energii (A), zawierającym co najmniej jedną cylindryczną retortę (1) o długości L od 5 do 6 m z osadzonym współosiowo ruchomym wałem przenośnika (2), mającym styczny i suwliwy do ścian retorty (1) lemiesz (3) o zmiennym skoku, tak że skok lemiesza (3) wzrasta w strefie reakcji retorty (II, III) od pomiędzy 0,03 a 0,05 L do pomiędzy 0,07 a 0,09 L na długości strefy retorty od 0,1 do 0,4 L (II) oraz od pomiędzy 0,07 a 0,09 L do pomiędzy 0,3 a 0,35 L na długości strefy retorty od 0,4 do 0,95 L (III), zaś w strefie zsypu retorty (IV), na jej długości od 0,9 do 1,0 L, lemiesz (3) jest nawinięty na wał przenośnika (2) przeciwbieżnie tak, że przenośnik jest zasypywany przez zasyp (4) biomasą, będąc obracanym z prędkością od 1 do 40 obr/min dla przemieszczania biomasy przez strefę reakcji retorty (II, III), gdzie biomasa, będąc ciągle mieszaną jest suszona i częściowo zgazowywana na odcinku retorty (1) od 0,3 do 0,6 L, następnie prażona na odcinku retorty (1) od 0,6 do 1,0 L w temperaturze od 220 do 299°C. The gaseous products of the reaction are discharged from the retort (1) through the installation connected to the retort, through at least one mouth opening in the retort section (1) from 0.25 L to 0.95 L, where the sum of the mouth opening opening area is not more than 0.8 retort lumen area, then the calcination solid product is discharged through the retort mouth (5) and an insulated hatch (6) to the anaerobic chamber, where it remains in an oxygen-free atmosphere for 2 to 5 minutes at a temperature below 300 ° C, then the resulting fuel is discharged from the anaerobic chamber through a renewable fuel chute (7).
