Abstract

Za pomocą procesu telomeryzacji przygotowano produkty reakcji zawierające acykliczny poliorganosiloksan z grupami hydrokarbonoksylowymi. Proces ten obejmuje ogrzewanie kompozycji zawierającej (A) cykliczny poliorganosiloksan, (B) silan oraz (C) katalizator telomeryzacji w formie kwasu Lewisa. Cykliczny poliorganosiloksan ma wzór [(R12SiO)2/2]n, gdzie indeks n jest liczbą całkowitą równą lub większą niż 4, a każde ugrupowanie R1 stanowi niezależnie atom wodoru, grupa węglowodorowa lub halogenowana grupa węglowodorowa. Silan ma wzór R2(4-m)Si(OR3)m, gdzie indeks m to liczba całkowita od 1 do 4, każde ugrupowanie R2 stanowi niezależnie: atom wodoru, grupa węglowodorowa lub halogenowana grupa węglowodorowa, a każde ugrupowanie R3 stanowi niezależnie grupa węglowodorowa. Katalizator telomeryzacji to kwas Lewisa o wzorze [M]x+ [R4SO3-]x gdzie M to atom metalu wybrany spośród glinu (Al), bizmutu (Bi), ceru (Ce), chromu (Cr), żelaza (Fe), galu (Ga), indu (In), lantanu (La), skandu (Sc), samaru (Sm) oraz iterbu (Yb). Ugrupowanie R4 jest wybrane spośród atomu tlenu (O) i grupy CF3, a x oznacza liczbę do maksymalnej wartościowości atomu metalu wybranego jako M.
