Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania kompozytu polimerowego, zawierającego modyfikowane nanorurki węglowe polegający na tym, że do dyspersji nanorurek w heptanie dodaje się diaminobenzenu do uzyskania pH roztworu 9, do roztworu dodaje się chlorowcowane związki krzemu z dołączonymi układami węglowodorowymi, miesza się na mieszadle magnetycznym, uzyskany preparat rozpuszcza się w rozpuszczalniku niepolarnym, obojętny chemicznie silikon rozpuszcza się w rozpuszczalniku niepolarnym, miesza się rozpuszczony obojętny chemicznie silikon z rozpuszczonym preparatem zawierającym nanorurki węglowe, przy czym nanorurki węglowe mają długość 20 do 120 nm przy średnicy od 5 do 15 nm. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest również kompozyt polimerowy zawierający modyfikowane nanorurki węglowe oraz jego zastosowanie do produkcji mat grzewczych.
