Abstract

VAWT posiada skrzydła z ruchomymi łopatami (2) odchylającymi się wokół osi (1) pionowych. Wewnątrz rury (3), do której przymocowane są skrzydła znajduje się mechanizm do optymalnego ustawiania łopat względem kierunku wiatru. This movement deflects the blades on this wing. Open blades under the influence of wind cause the rotor to rotate and change the position of the tendon relative to the cam element. This means that the previously bent tendon begins to hit the non-convex part of the cam element and can loosen. The blades fold under the influence of air resistance. The convex part of the wing receives another wing by deflecting its blades and the situation repeats.
