Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób otrzymywania bisfenolu A, który otrzymuje się w reakcji kondensacji fenolu z acetonem wobec kwaśnej żywicy jonowymiennej, w której część grup sulfonowych została zobojętniona 2,2-dimetylo-1,3-tiazolidyną lub cysteaminą, w jednym reaktorze podzielonym na trzy strefy reakcyjne przez dysze szczelinowo-filtracyjne. Następnie z otrzymanej mieszaniny poreakcyjnej wydziela się bisfenol A przez jedno lub dwustopniową krystalizację suspensyjną, rozkład adduktu i oddestylowanie fenolu. Sposób eksploatacji reaktora zmienia się po 1-6 miesiącach oraz po kolejnych 2-9 miesiącach wraz z postępującą dezaktywacją katalizatora.
