Abstract

Urządzenie do zmiękczania mięsa, posiadające korpus z zamocowanym w nim zestawem ostrzy i połączoną z nim, poprzez co najmniej jedną suwliwą kolumnę, złączoną z naprężoną sprężyną, zasadniczo płaską belkę, która na powierzchni czołowej ma występy o kształcie ściętych ostrosłupów lub stożków i równoległe do osi sprężyny przelotowe szczeliny, w których umieszczone są w pozycji spoczynkowej końce ostrzy, charakteryzuje się tym, że belka (4) posiada co najmniej jedno gniazdo, w którym zamocowany jest rozłącznie czop kolumny (3). Gniazdo wykonane jest w nadlewie (4a) belki (4), a na czopie jest wybranie w postaci obwodowego rowka. Opcjonalnie wybranie jest w postaci spłaszczenia odcinka kolumny (3). Czop kolumny (3) zamocowany jest w gnieździe przesuwną zasuwką (6), umieszczoną korzystnie w płaszczyźnie prostopadłej do osi kolumny (3) w poziomym otworze nadlewu (4a).
