Abstract
Wynalazek ujawnia sposób zwalczania korozji i bakterii z rodziny Legionella w ocynkowanych instalacjach ciepłej wody użytkowej i w układach chłodzenia. Sposób polega na wstępnym oczyszczeniu chemicznym instalacji, przy użyciu znanych kąpieli chemicznych, a następnie wprowadzeniu do układu kompozycji chemicznej. Wprowadzona kompozycja chemiczna powoduje powstanie roztworu wodnego zawierającego: 1 do 0,001 wag. wodorowęglanu sodowego lub potasowego, 0,7 do 0,001% wag. węglanu sodowego lub potasowego, 0,5 do 0,002% wag. pirofosforanu sodowego lub potasowego, 0,5 do 0,002% wag. polifosforanu sodowego o formule (NaPO3)n, gdzie n jest dodatnią liczbą całkowitą o wartości w przedziale 6 do 22, 0,6 do 0,001% wag. soli sodowej lub potasowej estru metylowego kwasu p-hydroksybezoesowego oraz 0,5 do 0,0001% wag. fosforanu lub chlorowodorku pochodnych guanidyny.The invention discloses a method of combating corrosion and bacteria of the Legionella family in galvanized domestic hot water installations and in cooling systems. The method consists of pre-cleaning the chemical plant with known chemical baths and then introducing the chemical composition into the system. The introduced chemical composition produces an aqueous solution containing: 1 to 0.001 wt. sodium or potassium bicarbonate, 0.7 to 0.001 wt. sodium or potassium carbonate, 0.5 to 0.002 wt. sodium or potassium pyrophosphate, 0.5 to 0.002 wt. sodium polyphosphate with the formula (NaPO3) n, where n is a positive integer with a value in the range of 6 to 22, 0.6 to 0.001 wt. sodium or potassium salt of p-hydroxybezoic acid methyl ester and 0.5 to 0.0001 wt. guanidine phosphate or hydrochloride derivatives.
