Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku są: cząsteczka kwasu nukleinowego, kaseta ekspresyjna, wektor ekspresyjny, komórka eukariotycznego gospodarza, sposób indukowania interferencji RNA w eukariotycznym gospodarzu i zastosowanie cząsteczki kwasu nukleinowego w terapii chorób wywoływanych ekspansją trójnukleotydowych powtórzeń typu CAG. Rozwiązanie dotyczy nowej koncepcji leczenia dziedzicznych chorób neurologicznych u człowieka wywoływanych ekspansją powtórzeń trójnukleotydowych typu CAG, z wykorzystaniem technologii interferencji RNA.
