Abstract
Układ katalityczny utleniania tlenem z powietrza akroleiny do kwasu akrylowego, zwłaszcza pochodzącej z procesu dehydratacji gliceryny, w fazie gazowej, zawierający katalizator, w postaci katalitycznego tlenku molibdenowo-wanadowo-wolframowo-miedziowego osadzonego na obojętnym, makroporowatym nośniku charakteryzuje się tym, że stanowi go mieszanina katalitycznego tlenku, o wzorze ogólnym MoaVbWcCudOx, w którym stosunki molowe atomów molibdenu, wanadu, wolframu, miedzi oraz tlenu wynoszą odpowiednio a=12, a/b=2,2-2,6, a/c-4,8-5,7, a/d=4,4-5,2, a/x=0,21, osadzonego na nośniku w postaci tlenku glinu (III) ?-Al2O3 lub w postaci tlenku glinu (III) ?-Al2O3 w mieszaninie z tlenkiem wapnia CaO oraz tlenkiem tytanu (IV) TiO2, o wzorze ?-Al2O3-CaO-TiO2, z inertem w postaci wysokoglinowych kul o średnicy ? = 3-4 mm na bazie tlenku glinu (III) ?-Al2O3 w mieszaninie z tlenkiem wapnia CaO oraz tlenkiem tytanu (IV) TiO2, o wzorze ?-Al2O3-CaO-TiO2.Oxygen oxidation catalytic system of acrolein to acrylic acid, especially from the gas phase glycerine dehydration process, containing a catalyst in the form of molybdenum-vanadium-tungsten-copper catalytic oxide deposited on an inert, macroporous support, characterized by the fact that it is a mixture catalytic oxide with the general formula MoaVbWcCudOx, in which the molar ratios of molybdenum, vanadium, tungsten, copper and oxygen are a = 12, a / b = 2.2-2.6, a / c-4.8-5, respectively, 7, a / d = 4.4-5.2, a / x = 0.21, supported on the support in the form of aluminum oxide (III) α-Al2O3 or in the form of aluminum oxide (III) α-Al2O3 in a mixture with oxide calcium CaO and titanium (IV) TiO2 oxide, with the formula α-Al2O3-CaO-TiO2, with an inert in the form of aluminum balls with a diameter of = 3-4 mm based on alumina (III) α-Al2O3 in a mixture with calcium oxide CaO and titanium (IV) TiO2 oxide, with the formula α-Al2O3-CaO-TiO2.
