Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest przepływowa, monolityczna matryca detektorowa, stosowana w chromatografii gazowej lub cieczowej, wykorzystująca detekcję promieniowania jonizującego, zwłaszcza detekcję cząstek alfa. Matryca charakteryzuje się tym, że przynajmniej część kanału (3), przez który przepływa badany gaz lub ciecz, znajduje się w tym samym w tym samym elemencie półprzewodnikowym (1, 2), co znajdujące się na zewnątrz kanału przepływowego (3) struktury detekcyjne. W elemencie (1, 2) może znajdować się także czujnik temperatury i/lub inne struktury, mierzące parametry fizyczne.
