Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób syntezy siarczanów (VI) fosfoniowych o wzorze ogólnym (R1R2R3R4P)2SO4, gdzie R1, R2, R3 oraz R4 oznaczają takie same lub różne podstawniki alkilowe, izoalkilowe lub. arylowe, zawierające od 1 do 20 atomów węgla. Sposób syntezy (proces etapowy) polega na tym, że do roztworu halogenku fosfoniowego dodaje się stały siarczan(VI) srebra(I) i prowadzi się reakcję metatetycznej wymiany poddając mieszaninę reakcyjną działaniu ultradźwięków, po czym dokonuje się fotochemicznej redukcji strąconego halogenku srebra, oddziela się osad, a roztwór siarczanu fosfoniowego zatęża się. Zaletą tego sposobu syntezy jest minimalne zużycie reagentów z możliwością odzyskania metalicznego srebra oraz halogenu cząsteczkowego, co ogranicza negatywny wpływ na środowisko.The present invention relates to a process for the synthesis of phosphonium sulphates of the general formula (R1R2R3R4P) 2SO4, where R1, R2, R3 and R4 are the same or different alkyl, isoalkyl or substituents. aryl, containing from 1 to 20 carbon atoms. The method of synthesis (a step process) consists in adding solid silver (I) sulfate to the phosphonium halide solution and performing a metathesis exchange reaction by subjecting the reaction mixture to ultrasound, followed by photochemical reduction of the precipitated silver halide, separating the precipitate and the phosphonium sulfate solution are concentrated. The advantage of this method of synthesis is minimal consumption of reagents with the possibility of recovering metallic silver and molecular halogen, which reduces the negative impact on the environment.
