Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest materiał na opakowanie w formie ciągłego pasma papieru z co najmniej jednej strony powleczonego poliolefiną i lakierem nitrocelulozowym, połączonego metodą zgrzewania z zachodzącymi na nie elementami folii celulozowej. Poliolefinowa powłoka z naniesionym na nią lakierem nitrocelulozowym umożliwia połączenie papieru z folią celulozową (2) techniką zgrzewania. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest także sposób wytwarzania materiału na opakowanie w formie ciągłego pasma polegający na tym, że ciągłe pasma papieru (1) powleka się z co najmniej jednej strony poliolefiną, którą następnie powleka się lakierem nitrocelulozowym i od strony takiej powłoki nakłada się folię celulozową (2) w taki sposób, że część folii zachodzi na papier tworząc zakładkę (3), a następnie tą część poddaje się zgrzewaniu w temperaturze w zakresie od 180-300 st C.The subject of the invention is a packaging material in the form of a continuous web of paper coated on at least one side with polyolefin and nitrocellulose lacquer, connected by welding with elements of cellulose film overlapping.
