Abstract

Modułowe urządzenie do fermentacji metanowej odpadów organicznych, zwłaszcza w rolnictwie, wyposażone jest w instalację, która zawiera: system rozdrabniania i komponowania biomasy (1), układ podawania wsadu do komory fermentacyjnej (2), komorę fermentacyjną (3), zbiornik biogazu (4), układ mieszania biomasy w komorach (5), układ odwadniania pofermentu (6) i układ kogeneracji ciepła i energii elektrycznej (7), przy czym dla zwiększenia mocy powieleniu będzie ulegała komora fermentacyjna stanowiąca prostopadłościan z wydzieloną częścią hydrolityczną (3-1) i fermentacyjną (3-2 do 3-4). Przy czym podstawowa jednostka posiada moc około 8-12 kWe mocy elektrycznej. Modułowe urządzenie może znaleźć zastosowanie w utylizacji odpadów organicznych pochodzenia roślinnego jak i zwierzęcego, powstających w małych i średnich gospodarstwach rolnych jak i gospodarstwach jedno- i wielorodzinnych. Ponadto wszędzie tam, gdzie dostępne są fermentowalne odpady organiczne i możliwy jest odbiór energii elektrycznej i cieplnej.A modular device for methane fermentation of organic waste, especially in agriculture, is equipped with an installation that includes: a system for grinding and composing biomass (1), feed system for the fermentation chamber (2), fermentation chamber (3), biogas tank (4) , biomass mixing system in the chambers (5), digestate dewatering system (6) and heat and electricity cogeneration system (7), whereby the fermentation chamber constituting a cuboid with a separated hydrolytic part (3-1) and fermentation will be multiplied to increase the power (3-2 to 3-4). The basic unit has a power of about 8-12 kWe of electrical power. The modular device can be used in the utilization of organic waste of plant and animal origin arising in small and medium-sized farms as well as single and multi-family farms. In addition, wherever digestible organic waste is available and electricity and heat collection are possible.
