Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest tłocznia ścieków, zwłaszcza komunalnych, zawierająca zbiornik (1), posiadający wewnątrz komorę dopływową (4), z którą sąsiaduje komora retencyjna górna (2), a pod którą z kolei znajduje się komora retencyjna dolna (3). Komora dopływowa (4) posiada co najmniej jeden otwór (9), znajdujący się poniżej wlotu rury dopływowej, do którego przyłączony jest napływowy zawór zwrotny kolanowy, który połączony jest z otworem w korpusie (13) separatora (12). Korpus (13) połączony jest jednym ze swoich otworów z króćcem wylotowym pompy wirowej (24), zaś do drugiego, przeciwlegle umieszczonego otworu korpusu (13) zamontowany jest kolektor tłoczny (16) wyposażony w tłoczny zawór zwrotny kolanowy (17). Między otworem w korpusie (13) separatora (12), a wlotem pompy wirowej (24) znajduje się trójnik (20), którego trzeci wylot połączony jest z obejściem (21), odprowadzającym ścieki do zbiornika (1). Obejście (21) składa się z zamontowanego do wlotu trójnika (20) zaworu (22) oraz rury napływowej (23) łączącej się ze zbiornikiem (1).The subject of the invention is a sewage pumping station, especially a municipal sewage pumping station, containing a tank (1), having an inflow chamber (4) inside, adjacent the upper retention chamber (2), and under which the lower retention chamber (3). The inlet chamber (4) has at least one opening (9), located below the inlet pipe inlet, to which the inflow elbow check valve is connected, which is connected to the opening in the body (13) of the separator (12). The body (13) is connected by one of its holes to the outlet connector of the centrifugal pump (24), and to the other, opposite to the body hole (13), a discharge manifold (16) fitted with a discharge knee check valve (17). Between the hole in the body (13) of the separator (12) and the inlet of the vortex pump (24) there is a tee (20), whose third outlet is connected to the bypass (21), which drains sewage to the tank (1). The bypass (21) consists of a valve (22) mounted to the inlet (22) and an inlet pipe (23) connecting to the tank (1).
