Abstract

Orteza kończyny dolnej zawierająca sztywną, nieodkształcalną co najmniej dwudzielną skorupę składającą się z części tylnej obejmującej tył łydki oraz spodnią część stopy oraz z części goleniowej obejmującej goleń oraz górną część stopy łączonych samosczepnymi paskami połączoną rozłącznie ze skorupą pneumatyczny mankiet umieszczony w skorupie, a także połączony z pneumatycznym mankietem przewodem układ pompujący w której układ pompujący (4) połączony jest z monitorującym pracę układu pompującego (4) modułem kontrolnym (10) i co najmniej jednym czujnikiem ciśnienia (5). Sposób kontroli ucisku ortezy na kończynę polega na tym, że zakłada się pneumatyczny mankiet (3) ortezy stawu skokowego na kończynę i zamyka się go w nieodkształcalnej skorupie (1) i (2) za pomocą samosczepnych pasków (8), po czym włącza się zasilanie układu pompującego (4), i tłoczy się powietrze przez układ pompujący (4) do komory pneumatycznego mankietu (3) poprzez czujnik ciśnienia (5) w co najmniej 10 sekundowych cyklach, a po przekroczeniu ciśnienia 25 mmHg emituje sygnał ostrzegawczy, a po osiągnięciu ciśnienia 29 mmHg moduł kontrolny rozłącza zasilanie układu pompującego i emituje ciągły sygnał alarmowy.
