Wynalazek dotyczy związku chemicznego 4'-O-ß-D-4””-metoksy-glukopiranozylo-ß-[1'”- hydroksyizopropylo]-4,2'-dihydroksy-6'-metoksy-3'- prenylo-?,ß-dihydrochalkonu, o wzorze 2 oraz sposobu jego wytwarzania na drodze transformacji mikrobiologicznej, przy użyciu systemu enzymatycznego grzybów z gatunku Beauveria bassiana. Jako substrat stosuje się ß-[1'”-hydroksyizopropylo]-4,2',4'-trihydroksy-6'- metoksy-3'-prenylo-?,ß-dihydrochalkon, o wzorze 1. Związek będący przedmiotem wynalazku, jest biologicznie czynny i może mieć zastosowanie w przemyśle spożywczym i farmaceutycznym.The invention relates to the chemical compound 4'-O-ß-D-4 "" - methoxy-glucopyranosyl-ß- [1 '"- hydroxyisopropyl] -4,2'-dihydroxy-6'-methoxy-3'-prenyl-α, ß-dihydrochalcone, formula II and the method of its production by microbial transformation, using the enzyme system of fungi of the species Beauveria bassiana. The substrate used is ß- [1 '"- hydroxyisopropyl] -4,2', 4'-trihydroxy-6'-methoxy-3'-prenyl-α, ß-dihydrochalcone, of formula 1. The compound of the invention is biologically active and can be used in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
