Abstract

Manipulator jednoosiowy do stosowania w systemach zrobotyzowanej paletyzacji, instalowany przy transporterze rolkowym, posiadający dwie karetki jezdne o ruchu pionowym przesuwające się po belkach wyposażonych w prowadnice, przy czym obie karetki są napędzane wspólnym paskiem zębatym przez silnik prądu zmiennego z encoderem i hamulcem, charakteryzuje się tym, że na każdej z dwóch karetek (7) ma zainstalowane dwa zespoły docisków poruszanych silnikami pneumatycznymi (14), w ten sposób, że dwa dociski czołowe mają kierunek działania poprzeczny do osi transportera (A) i przy pozycjonowaniu palety (B) współbieżnie dociskają paletę do bazy, którą stanowi nieruchoma pionowa płyta, a pozostałe dwa dociski boczne ściskają paletę (B) przeciwbieżnie wzdłuż osi transportera (A).
