Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku są białka ogonkowe bakteriofaga Klebsiella pneumoniae KP32, uzyskane drogą rekombinacji wykazujące aktywność hydrolityczną w stosunku do polisacharydowych otoczek bakteryjnych. Białka o sekwencjach aminokwasowych oznaczonych SEKW NR 1 - gp31 i SEKW NR 2 - gp32 przeciwdziałają powstawaniu i degradują biofilm tworzony przez szczepy Klebsiella pneumoniae oraz wykazują synergistyczne działanie w zwalczaniu biofilmu tworzonego przez szczepy K.pneumoniae, E.cloacae i S.aureus.
