Abstract

Sposób wytwarzania wyrobów z tworzywa kompozytowego na osnowie polichlorku winylu metodą wytłaczania, polega na tym, że: - przygotowuje się masę tworzywa kompozytowego w ten sposób, że w mieszalniku szybkoobrotowym miesza się sproszkowany odpadowy PVC (polichlorek winylu) w ilości od 33 do 60,9% wagowo w masie tworzywa kompozytowego z dodatkami modyfikującymi w ilości od 1 do 4% wagowo w masie tworzywa kompozytowego, utrzymując temperaturę mieszanych składników od 90 do 130°C i doprowadzając do absorpcji dodatków modyfikujących na powierzchni sproszkowanego odpadowego PVC, po czym dodaje się włókna konopne w ilości od 38 do 58% wagowo w masie tworzywa kompozytowego oraz granulat EPDM (terpolimer etylenowo-propylenowo-dienowy) w ilości od 0,1% do 5% wagowo i miesza wszystkie składniki utrzymując temperaturę mieszanych składników od 90 do 130°C i doprowadzając do homogenizacji sproszkowanego odpadowego PVC z wypełniaczem naturalnym, - po czym tak uzyskaną masę tworzywa kompozytowego podaje się do mieszalnika z płaszczem chłodzącym, w którym schładza się masę do temperatury około 50°C uzyskując aglomerat, - który to aglomerat podaje się za pomocą podajników śrubowych do wytłaczarki, w której podgrzewa się tworzywo do temperatury od 130 do 180°C i uplastycznione tworzywo wytłacza się formując profil, który schładza się do temperatury powierzchniowej poniżej 40°C.The method of producing composite plastic products based on polyvinyl chloride extrusion method is that: - the mass of the composite material is prepared in such a way that in a high-speed mixer, waste powdered PVC (polyvinyl chloride) is mixed in an amount of 33 to 60.9 % by weight of composite material with modifying additives in an amount of 1 to 4% by weight of composite material, maintaining the temperature of the mixed components from 90 to 130 ° C and leading to the absorption of modifying additives on the surface of powdered waste PVC, followed by hemp fibers in an amount of 38 to 58% by weight by weight of a composite material and EPDM granulate (ethylene-propylene diene terpolymer) in an amount of 0.1% to 5% by weight and mixes all ingredients maintaining the temperature of mixed ingredients from 90 to 130 ° C and feeding for homogenizing powdered PVC waste with natural filler - after which it will The mass of the composite material is fed to a mixer with a cooling jacket, in which the mass is cooled to a temperature of about 50 ° C to obtain an agglomerate - which agglomerate is fed by means of screw feeders to an extruder, in which the material is heated to a temperature from 130 to 180 ° C and the plasticized material are extruded to form a profile that cools to a surface temperature below 40 ° C.
