Abstract

The polarization system of the AC transistor amplifier is characterized by the fact that the gate or base of the transistor is galvanically connected to the cathode of the photodiode, whose anode is connected to ground. The photodiode is illuminated by an element with adjustable light intensity. Preferably the photodiode is illuminated by an LED (D1) which is connected, together with the regulated resistor (RREG) connected in series, to the supply voltage source. The LED can also be placed in a negative polarity feedback loop. The photodiode can be replaced by a set of photodiodes connected in series and / or parallel, as well as an element of the optocoupler.
