The modification of titanium dioxide with carbon and nitrogen consists in heating titanium dioxide in ammonia and isopropanol vapors at a temperature of 600 ° C for 1 hour, while ammonia gas is passed through the scrubber with isopropanol at a rate of 200 ml / minute.
