Abstract
Sposób otrzymywania zapraw cementowych polega na dodaniu do zaprawy związków tytanu i charakteryzuje się tym, że w trakcie przygotowania zaprawy cementowej dodaje się do niej ditlenek tytanu modyfikowany węglem i azotem, w ilości od 1 do 5% masowych w stosunku do masy cementu. Modyfikacja ditlenku tytanu węglem i azotem polega na wygrzewaniu ditlenku tytanu w parach amoniaku i izopropanolu w temperaturze 600°C w czasie 1 godziny, przy czym gazowy amoniak przepuszcza się przez płuczkę z izopropanolem z prędkością 200 ml/minutę. The method of obtaining cement mortars consists of adding titanium compounds to the mortar and is characterized by the fact that during the preparation of the cement mortar, titanium dioxide modified with carbon and nitrogen is added to it, in an amount of 1 to 5% by mass in relation to the weight of cement. The modification of titanium dioxide with carbon and nitrogen consists in heating titanium dioxide in ammonia and isopropanol vapors at a temperature of 600 ° C for 1 hour, while ammonia gas is passed through the scrubber with isopropanol at a rate of 200 ml / minute.
