Abstract

Wynalazek dotyczy laktonu nasyconego o wzorze 1 o aktywności antyfidantnej oraz sposobu jego otrzymywania. Sposób otrzymywania laktonu nasyconego polega na tym, że w wyniku jednoetapowej reakcji dehydrohalogenacji z 7a-bromo-3a,7,7-trimetylo-8- propylooctahydroisochromen-3-onu otrzymuje się 3a,7,7-trimetylo-8-propylo- heksahydro, cyklopropa[1,2] benzofuran-2(3H)-on, o wzorze 1. Bicykliczny lakton nasycony, o wzorze 1, może znaleźć zastosowanie jako deterent pokarmowy w stosunku do szkodliwych gatunków owadów.The invention relates to a saturated lactone of formula 1 with antifidant activity and a method for its preparation. The method of obtaining saturated lactone is that, as a result of a one-stage dehydrohalogenation reaction with 7a-bromo-3a, 7,7-trimethyl-8-propylactahydroisochromen-3-one, 3a, 7,7-trimethyl-8-propylhexahydro is obtained, cyclopropa [1,2] benzofuran-2 (3H) -one, of formula 1. The saturated bicyclic lactone of formula 1 can be used as a food detector for harmful insect species.
