Układ do pomiaru ładunku elektrycznego, zawierający detektor pojemnościowy przyłączony do integratora ładunku będącego wzmacniaczem operacyjnym z pojemnościowym (Cf) sprzężeniem zwrotnym, gdzie stopień wejściowy (121) integratora ładunku zawiera parę połączonych symetrycznie komplementarnych tranzystorów (T1, T2) typu JFET, których bramki przyłączone są wejścia integratora ładunku, charakteryzujący się tym, że tranzystor typu n (T1) z pary komplementarnych tranzystorów (T1, T2) ma dren podłączony układem regulującym napięcie (122).
