Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest mechanizm rozporowy do zastosowania na rurze, wyposażony w opaskę oraz środki dociskowe. Środki dociskowe znajdują się wewnątrz rury, na zewnątrz której umieszczona jest opaska. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest również układ prowadzenia głowicy wiertniczej, wyposażony w mechanizm dociskowy, głowicę, środki przekazujące siłę dociskającą na głowicę wiertniczą, a także rurę zwijaną (1). Rura zwijana (1), podawana z bębna do otworu, stanowi środki przekazujące siłę dociskającą, zaś siła dociskająca jest przekazywana przez mechanizm dociskowy (2) za pośrednictwem mechanizmu rozłączalnie połączonego z rurą zwijaną (1). Przedmiotem wynalazku jest również sposób wiercenia otworu, w którym w głąb otworu opuszcza się głowicę wiercącą z narzędziem urabiającym i dociska się ją do jego dna, jednocześnie wprowadzając do otworu rurę. Do dociskania głowicy z narzędziem urabiającym (8) stosuje się rurę (1), zwiniętą z taśmy (T1) rozwijanej z bębna, przy czym siłę dociskającą przykłada się do rury za pośrednictwem połączonego z nią rozłączalnie mechanizmu.
