Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest metoda predykcyjna do wykrywania i/lub wykluczenia raka płuca polegająca na pomiarze poziomu ekspresji miRNA w próbce badanej, która zawiera: - detekcję w biologicznej próbce przynajmniej 3 miRNA zawartych na liście 24 miRNA, oraz określenie ilości wskazanych miRNA w odniesieniu do próby kontrolnej. Ponadto wynalazek obejmuje zastosowanie tej metody do wykrywania raka płuca u osób z grupy wysokiego ryzyka zachorowania na raka płuca.
