Abstract

Wynalazek rozwiązuje zagadnienie konstrukcji transformatora o budowie dyskretnej, zwłaszcza obrotowego, stosowanego w systemach zasilania bezstykowego. Transformator ten może pracować jako transformator obrotowy, ślizgowy, zbliżeniowy lub klasyczny stykowy. Rdzenie transformatora, rdzeń po stronie pierwotnej (1) i rdzeń po stronie wtórnej (2) mają budowę segmentową. Są one utworzone z jednostkowych magnetycznych rdzeni (3) połączonych między sobą. Każdy z jednostkowych magnetycznych rdzeni (3) jest ukształtowany w formie bryły o zarysie litery E lub "U" lub "I"" w widoku z boku. Jednostkowe magnetyczne rdzenie (3) są połączone ze sobą w zamknięty obwód metodą klejenia i/lub łączenia ferrożywicą lub/i umieszczone w odpowiednio ukształtowanych wnękach korpusów strony pierwotnej i wtórnej transformatora.
