Abstract

Lustro zawiera przeźroczystą płytę zwierciadła (1), na której znajduje się co najmniej jedna, dowolnie ukształtowana powierzchnia przenikliwa (2) dla światła. Z tyłu do płyty zwierciadła (1) zamocowana jest pokrywa (3) w postaci cienkościennej kształtki z tworzywa sztucznego, wykonanej przez termoformowanie podciśnieniowe. Pokrywa (3) ma co najmniej jeden kanał światła (4) obejmujący wzdłuż krawędzi powierzchnię przenikliwą (2). Tak utworzony kanał światła (4) ma w przekroju poprzecznym kształt zbliżony do litery "C", której ścianki boczne (6) zakończone są odwiniętymi na zewnątrz obrzeżami (7). Do wewnętrznych powierzchni obu ścianek bocznych (6) tego kanału (4) przyklejone są taśmy z diodami świecącymi LED. Korzystnym jest, gdy pokrywa (3) wykonana jest z tworzywa o niskiej absorpcji światła, zwłaszcza w kolorze białym.
