Abstract
Tężnik stalowych płatwi cienkościennych, zawierający element prętowy zakończony blachami czołowymi z otworami na śruby montażowe, charakteryzuje się tym, że jedna z blach czołowych elementu prętowego (3a) jest wyprofilowana w kształcie litery "L", której geometria odpowiada konturowi przekroju przez środnik, półkę i odgiętą krawędź profilu płatwi (2) od strony półki swobodnej i blacha ta ma otwory na śruby, służące do połączenia tężnika z płatwią (2) o zarysie litery "Z". Tężnik jest jednostronnie pasowany od zewnętrznej strony półki swobodnej przekroju płatwi (2), a wyprofilowana blacha czołowa (5) jest wykonana w dodatnich tolerancjach geometrycznych tak, że wymiary nominalne są powiększone o wymagany luz montażowy, a otwory na śruby są wykonane tak, że blacha czołowa (5) obejmuje półkę swobodną płatwi (2), a półka blachy czołowej (5) jest skierowana na zewnątrz elementu prętowego (3a).
