Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że pomiędzy turbiną (1), a szczelną obudową (2) znajduje się obszar (3), w którym panuje ciśnienie znacznie niższe od ciśnienia atmosferycznego i/lub wypełniony gazem lub mieszaniną gazową, charakteryzującą się mniejszym współczynnikiem wymiany ciepła od powietrza.
