Abstract

Zbiornik kurzu, w szczególności jednorazowego użytku, jest wyposażony w worek filtracyjny (1) z materiału filtracyjnego włókninowego z udziałem materiału termoplastycznego, zamocowany na uchwycie montażowym (3) z materiału zgrzewalnego, z uszczelką elastyczną (2), umieszczoną w otworze wlotowym (4) dla uszczelnienia zbiornika kurzu z końcówką ssącą odkurzacza. Uszczelka elastyczna (2) jest jednoczęściowa z workiem filtracyjnym (1), a jego elastyczność materiału jest wystarczająca dla utworzenia uszczelnienia w stosunku do kocówki ssącej odkurzacza. Uszczelka elastyczna (2) jest zgrzana z workiem filtracyjnym (1) i uchwytem montażowym (3) obwodowo dookoła otworu wlotowego (4) oraz szczelnie z workiem filtracyjnym (1), przy czym uszczelka elastyczna (2) jest umieszczona pomiędzy zewnętrzną powierzchnią worka filtracyjnego (1) i spodnią powierzchnią uchwytu montażowego (3), który posiada uformowane od swej spodniej strony osadcze gniazdo, ponadto uszczelka elastyczna (2) jest korzystnie z materiału identycznego jak materiał worka filtracyjnego (1). Średnica otworu wlotowego (4), w obszarze uszczelki elastycznej (2), jest mniejsza od jego średnicy w obszarze uchwytu montażowego (3) i worka filtracyjnego (1). Na zewnętrznej powierzchni worka filtracyjnego (1) jest rozmieszczone jednostajnie wytłoczenie (15). The elastic seal (2) is welded to the filter bag (1) and mounting bracket (3) circumferentially around the inlet opening (4) and tightly to the filter bag (1), with the elastic seal (2) located between the outer surface of the filter bag ( 1) and the bottom surface of the mounting bracket (3), which has a seating seat formed on its underside, in addition, the elastic seal (2) is preferably made of a material identical to the material of the filter bag (1). The diameter of the inlet opening (4) in the area of the elastic seal (2) is smaller than its diameter in the area of the mounting handle (3) and filter bag (1). An extrusion (15) is arranged uniformly on the outer surface of the filter bag (1). The invention finds application in the construction of electric vacuum cleaners, especially for household use.
