Zbiornik fermentacyjny o cylindrycznym kształcie zamykany pokrywą (1), zawiera napędzane przez motoreduktor (15) mieszadło (5) z zamocowanym na wale zgarniającym elementem (10), rozbijającym elementem (9) i mieszającymi elementami (7 i 8), układ grzewczy z wymiennikiem w kształcie wężownicy oraz doprowadzający materiał fermentacyjny przewód (25) i odprowadzający materiał fermentacyjny i pofermentacyjny przewód (27).
