Abstract

Płyta stropowa cienkowarstwowa stanowi warstwę betonu (1) zawierającą wewnątrz zbrojenie dolne w postaci kraty (2), do której zamocowane jest zbrojenie górne w postaci rzędów elementów (4) zbrojenia górnego wystających ponad powierzchnię warstwy betonu (1). Element (3) zbrojenia górnego ma kształt litery L. Dolne ramię elementu (3) zbrojenia górnego jest zamocowane do kraty (2) zbrojenia dolnego, zaś górne ramię elementu (3) zbrojenia górnego jest prostopadłe do dolnego ramienia elementu (3) zbrojenia górnego. Dolne ramiona elementów (3) zbrojenia górnego w każdym rzędzie połączone są ze sobą dodatkowym prętem zbrojeniowym dolnym (8), zaś górne ramiona w każdym rzędzie są połączone jednym dodatkowym prętem zbrojeniowym górnym (9). Pręt zbrojeniowy dolny (8) ułożony jest w warstwie (1) betonu zaś dodatkowy pręt zbrojeniowy górny (9) jest ułożony w warstwie nadbetonu (4).The thin-layer floor slab constitutes a concrete layer (1) containing a bottom reinforcement in the form of a grid (2), to which top reinforcement is attached in the form of rows of top reinforcement elements (4) protruding above the surface of the concrete layer (1). The top reinforcement element (3) is L-shaped. The lower arm of the top reinforcement element (3) is attached to the bottom reinforcement grid (2), and the upper arm of the top reinforcement element (3) is perpendicular to the lower arm of the top reinforcement element (3). The lower arms of the top reinforcement elements (3) in each row are connected to each other by an additional bottom reinforcing bar (8), while the upper arms in each row are connected by one additional top reinforcing bar (9). The bottom reinforcing bar (8) is laid in the concrete layer (1), and the additional top reinforcing bar (9) is laid in the concrete topping layer (4).
