Abstract
Silnik przeznaczony jest do napędu pojazdów lądowych, powietrznych oraz wodnych, jak również różnego rodzaju maszyn roboczych. W pierwszej wersji silnika do korpusu (1) przymocowany jest cylinder (2), który zamknięty jest od spodu przegrodą (3), natomiast pośrodku niego znajdują się kanał wlotu sprężonego powietrza (4) oraz kanał wylotu spalin (5). W górnej ścianie cylindra (2) oraz w przegrodzie (3) osadzone są parami wtryskiwacz paliwa (6) i element zapłonowy (7). Pośrodku przegrody (3) osadzone jest łożysko ślizgowe (8) z elementem uszczelniający (9), poprzez które przeprowadzony jest drążek popychacza (10). Górny koniec tego drążka połączony jest z dwustronnym tłokiem (11), natomiast jego dolny koniec połączony jest ze znajdującym się w skrzyni korbowej (12) korbowodem (13), który z kolei połączony jest z wykorbieniem wału korbowego (14). W innej wersji silnika do walcowego korpusu (21) przymocowane są w układzie gwiazdowym cylindry (22), z których każdy, tak jak w wersji pierwszej, zamknięty jest od spodu przegrodą, natomiast pośrodku każdego cylindra (22) znajduje się kanał wlotu sprężonego powietrza oraz kanał wylotu spalin (25). W górnej ścianie każdego cylindra (22) oraz w jego przegrodzie (23) osadzone są parami wtryskiwacz paliwa i element zapłonowy (27). W każdej przegrodzie znajduje się łożysko ślizgowe (28) z elementem uszczelniającym z przeprowadzonym przezeń drążkiem (30), którego górny koniec połączony jest z dwustronnym tłokiem, natomiast jego dolny koniec połączony jest wahliwie z korbowodem przyczepnym (33), który z kolei połączony jest z wałem korbowym (34) za pośrednictwem sworznia (35) w tarczy pośredniczącej (36), osadzonej na wykorbieniu tegoż wału korbowego.The engine is designed to drive land, air and water vehicles, as well as various types of work machines. In the first version of the engine, a cylinder (2) is attached to the body (1), which is closed from the bottom by a partition (3), while in the middle there is a compressed air inlet channel (4) and an exhaust outlet channel (5). In the upper wall of the cylinder (2) and in the partition (3) the fuel injector (6) and the ignition element (7) are mounted in pairs. In the middle of the partition (3) a slide bearing (8) with a sealing element (9) is mounted, through which the pusher rod (10) is led. The upper end of this rod is connected to a double-sided piston (11), while its lower end is connected to the connecting rod (13) in the crankcase (12), which in turn is connected to the crankshaft crank (14). In another version of the engine, cylindrical body (22) is attached to the cylindrical body (21), each of which, as in the first version, is closed from the bottom by a partition, while in the center of each cylinder (22) there is a compressed air inlet channel and the exhaust outlet duct (25). In the upper wall of each cylinder (22) and in its partition (23), fuel injector and ignition element (27) are mounted in pairs. In each partition there is a slide bearing (28) with a sealing element with a rod (30) passed through it, the upper end of which is connected with a double-sided piston, while its lower end is pivotally connected with an adhesive connecting rod (33), which in turn is connected with the crankshaft (34) through the pin (35) in the intermediate disk (36), mounted on the crank of the crankshaft.
