Wynalazek dotyczy sposobu otrzymywania 4-hydroksyjasmonu, o wzorze 2, na drodze transformacji mikrobiologicznej cis-jasmonu o wzorze 1, za pomocą systemu enzymatycznego grzyba strzępkowego Absidia glauca AM254. 4-Hydroksyjasmon, o wzorze 2, może znaleźć zastosowanie jako deterent pokarmowy w stosunku do szkodliwych gatunków owadów.The invention relates to a method for the preparation of 4-hydroxyjasmon, formula 2, by microbial transformation of cis-jasmone of formula 1, using the Absidia glauca AM254 filamentous fungal enzyme system. 4-hydroxyasmonone, of the formula II, may be used as a food detector for harmful insect species.
