Przedmiotem wynalazku jest nowa pochodna o nazwie chemicznej 1,1-ditlenek 2-[2-(4-fenylopiperazyn-1-ylo)-2-oksoetylo]-4-hydroksy-3-(4-metylobenzoilo)-2H-1,2-benzotiazyny o aktywności przeciwbólowej i przeciwzapalnej oraz sposób otrzymywania nowej pochodnej przez N-alkilację 1,1-diokso-4-hydroksy-3-(4-metylobenzoilo)-2H-1,2-benzotiazyny za pomocą 1-(2-chloroacetylo)-4-fenylopiperazyny w obecności etanolanu sodowego w środowisku wrzącego, bezwodnego etanolu.The present invention relates to a new derivative with the chemical name 2- [2- (4-phenylpiperazin-1-yl) -2-oxoethyl] -4-hydroxy-3- (4-methylbenzoyl) -2H-1,2 -benzothiazine with analgesic and anti-inflammatory activity and the method of obtaining a new derivative by N-alkylation of 1,1-dioxo-4-hydroxy-3- (4-methylbenzoyl) -2H-1,2-benzothiazine with 1- (2-chloroacetyl) -4-phenylpiperazine in the presence of sodium ethoxide in boiling anhydrous ethanol.
