Abstract
Sposób elaboracji ładunku materiału wybuchowego w gruncie, polegający na umieszczeniu rury obsadowej o średnicy od 0,05 do 1,10 m i długości od 2,00 do 45,00 m w gruncie za pomocą sprzętu wciskającego, wbijającego, wibracyjnego lub wkręcającego, zakończonej butem traconym lub klapką traconą, charakteryzuje się tym, że po umieszczeniu rury obsadowej (1) na żądanej głębokości wprowadzana jest do niej rura z tworzywa sztucznego (3) o średnicy mniejszej od średnicy rury obsadowej (1), która osadzana jest na bucie traconym lub klapce traconej (2), po czym do rury obsadowej i do rury z tworzywa sztucznego wpompowywana jest woda lub zawiesina betonitowa, iłowa, celulozowa lub gliniasta, powodująca wytworzenie nadciśnienia wewnątrz rury obsadowej (1) i rury z tworzywa sztucznego (3), co umożliwia otwarcie buta traconego lub klapki traconej (2) w trakcie następującego potem wyciągania rury obsadowej (1) z gruntu, pozostawiając w gruncie rurę z tworzywa sztucznego (3). Then a charge of explosive, solid or liquid, is introduced into the PVC pipe (3).
