Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku są plazmid pCRT01 o sekwencji przedstawionej na SEKW NR ID: 1 lub jego funkcjonalna pochodna, nowe szczepy bakteryjne Paracoccus aminophilus CRT1 oraz Paracoccus kondratievae CRT2 zdeponowane w Kolekcji Kultur Drobnoustrojów Przemysłowych Instytutu Biotechnologii Przemysłu Rolno - Spożywczego w Warszawie, odpowiednio jako Paracoccus aminophilus KKP 2053p i Paracoccus kondratievae KKP 2054p oraz ich zastosowania. Wynalazek dotyczy również sposobu wykorzystania szczepów do wytwarzania karotenoidów oraz sposobu wytwarzania szczepów bakteryjnych zdolnych do produkcji barwników karotenoidowych, jak również sposobów wytarzania różnych barwników karotenoidowych z wykorzystaniem nowych szczepów Paracoccus aminophilus KKP 2053p i Paracoccus kondratievae KKP 2054p.The subject of the invention is the plasmid pCRT01 with the sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 1 or a functional derivative thereof, new bacterial strains Paracoccus aminophilus CRT1 and Paracoccus kondratievae CRT2 deposited in the Collection of Industrial Microbial Cultures of the Institute of Agricultural and Food Biotechnology in Warsaw, respectively as Parpococcus Koc and Paracoccus kondratievae KKP 2054p and their applications. The invention also relates to a method of using strains for the production of carotenoids and a method of producing bacterial strains capable of producing carotenoid dyes, as well as methods of producing various carotenoid dyes using the new strains of Paracoccus aminophilus KKP 2053p and Paracoccus kondratievae KKP 2054p.
