Pierścień ślizgowy uszczelnienia mechanicznego czołowego bezstykowego, posiadający na powierzchni ślizgowej spiralnie rozmieszczone, nie połączone ze sobą jednokierunkowe rowki charakteryzuje się tym, że rowki (s) pierścienia ślizgowego (1) na odcinku (2) mają zagłębienie o wielkości do 0,01 grubości, a powierzchnia dna (4) rowków (s) przebiega wzdłuż płaszczyzny tworzącej kąt α względem powierzchni czołowej (3) pierścienia ślizgowego (1) w przedziale od 0 do 45°, zaś w przekroju poprzecznym (5) rowków (s) powierzchnia dna (4) przebiega według drugiej płaszczyzny, o wysokości zagłębienia zewnętrznej krawędzi o wielkości do 0,01 grubości tworzącej kąt względem powierzchni czołowej (3) pierścienia ślizgowego (1) w przedziale od 0 do 45° w zależności od wielkości zagłębienia wewnętrznej krawędzi rowków (s), natomiast w przekroju poprzecznym (6) rowków (s) powierzchnia dna przebiega według kolejnej płaszczyzny, o wysokości zagłębienia zewnętrznej krawędzi o wielkości do 0,01 grubości, tworzącej kąt γ względem powierzchni czołowej (3) pierścienia ślizgowego (1) w przedziale od 0 do 45°.The slip ring of a non-contact mechanical front seal, having spirally arranged, unconnected unidirectional grooves on the sliding surface, is characterized by the fact that the grooves (s) of the slip ring (1) in the section (2) have a recess up to 0.01 times thick, and the bottom surface (4) of the grooves (s) runs along the plane forming an angle α relative to the front surface (3) of the slip ring (1) in the range from 0 to 45°, and in the cross-section (5) of the grooves (s) the bottom surface (4) runs along the second plane, with the height of the recess of the outer edge of up to 0.01 of the thickness forming an angle to the front surface (3) of the slip ring (1) in the range from 0 to 45° depending on the size of the recess of the inner edge of the grooves (s), while in the cross-section (6) of the grooves (s), the bottom surface runs according to the next plane, with the height of the recess of the outer edge of up to 0.01 of the thickness, forming an angle γ relative to the front surface (3) of the slip ring (1) in the range from 0 to 45 °.
