Sposób pomiaru parametrów przepływu cieczy hydraulicznej metodą PIV przez zawory pasywne, w szczególności zaworów dyskowych pod kątem zjawiska aeracji charakteryzuje się tym, że za pomocą pompy tłokowej dwustronnego działania (1) wymusza się przepływ cieczy hydraulicznej w obiegu zamkniętym (13) przez zawór dyskowy (4) zamontowany w urządzeniu do wyznaczania parametrów pracy zaworów pasywnych, w szczególności zaworów dyskowych tłumików hydraulicznych metodą PIV (11) i dokonuje się pomiaru ciśnienia na wejściu i wyjściu tego urządzenia manometrami z wyjściami analogowymi (2),a następnie za pomocą kamery szybko klatkowej oraz oświetlenia laserowego rejestruje się przebieg pracy zaworu dyskowego (4).The method of measuring the parameters of the flow of hydraulic fluid by the PIV method through passive valves, in particular disc valves for aeration, is characterized by the fact that with the double-acting piston pump (1) the flow of hydraulic fluid in the closed circuit (13) through the disk valve (4) is forced ) installed in the device for determining the operating parameters of passive valves, in particular disc valves of hydraulic silencers by the PIV method (11) and the pressure at the input and output of this device is measured with manometers with analog outputs (2), and then using a fast-frame camera and lighting the disk valve (4) operation is recorded.
