Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest urządzenie do mechanicznego łuskania m.in. orzechów: laskowych, włoskich, ziemnych, pestek dyni oraz pestek moreli, gdzie łupina owoców oddziela się od ich jądra pękając na dwie części. Przedmiotowe urządzenie posiada kosz zasypowy (4), rynnę spustową (9) oraz silnik elektryczny (6) z układem przeniesienia napędu (7) na obracający się wałek (8) z trwale zamocowanym stołem roboczym (okrągłym) (1), do którego trwale zamontowany jest okrągły tryb skrawający (2b), tworzący komorę łuszczącą z nieobrotowym (okrągłym) trybem (2a), regulowanym za pomocą śrub (8) za pośrednictwem tulei (5), połączonych łańcuchem (10), umożliwiającym równomierne opuszczenie lub podnoszenie nieobrotowego trybu (2a), stale połączonego ze śrubami regulującymi rozstaw między obrotowym stołem (1) i nieobrotowym stołem do którego zamontowany jest tryb (2a). Tryb (2a, 2b) tworzy komorę łuszczącą (3).The subject of the invention is a device for mechanical shelling, among others hazelnuts, walnuts, peanuts, pumpkin seeds and apricot kernels, where the fruit shell is separated from their nucleus, breaking into two parts. Mode (2a, 2b) creates a scaling chamber (3).
